ASIMCORE is a product of INMEDIA DIGITAL AGENCY LLC. INMEDIA DIGITAL AGENCY LLC operates ASIMCORE (asimcore.com), is responsible for the information described here, and processes all subscription payments through Stripe.

This policy explains what information INMEDIA DIGITAL AGENCY LLC ("we", "us") collects when you use ASIMCORE, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Account information: your name, company name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google.
Business data you enter: customers, projects, estimates, invoices, payments you record, jobs and schedules, team members and their pay terms, vendors, purchases, and files you upload.
ASIMCORE Network data: the subcontractors a company adds or who join with its link — company and contact names, email, phone, services, service areas, documents such as W-9s and insurance certificates, and the prices they send.
Payment information: subscriptions are paid to INMEDIA DIGITAL AGENCY LLC through Stripe. Stripe collects your card details; we receive only your billing email, subscription status, amounts and dates — never your full card number.
Technical information: IP address, browser type and sign-in times, used to keep accounts secure (for example, to limit repeated sign-in attempts), and the cookies described below.

2. How we use information

To provide ASIMCORE: run your account, store your data, email your documents and send notifications you ask for.
To process your subscription and payments, and to activate, renew or pause access.
To keep the Service secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and fix problems.
To contact you about your account, security, billing and important changes.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Your customers', workers' and subcontractors' data

Information a company enters about its own customers, workers or subcontractors belongs to that company. We process it only on the company's behalf to provide the Service. If you are one of those people, please contact the company you work with; we will help them respond to your request.

4. Service providers we share information with

We share information only with providers that help us run ASIMCORE, and only as needed:

Stripe — payment processing for INMEDIA DIGITAL AGENCY LLC.
Render — application hosting and database.
Resend (or SendGrid) — delivery of the emails the Service sends.
Google — "Continue with Google" sign-in and reCAPTCHA protection on sign-in and sign-up forms.
OpenStreetMap — map images when setting service areas.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect the rights and safety of our users or INMEDIA DIGITAL AGENCY LLC, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply.

5. Cookies

ASIMCORE uses only essential cookies: to keep you signed in, to protect forms against forgery, and to remember choices such as "Keep me signed in". We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

6. How long we keep information

We keep your account and business data while your account exists, including after a subscription ends so you can come back. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time. We keep payment records as long as tax and accounting laws require. Links sent to customers for estimates and invoices expire after 90 days.

7. Security

Connections use HTTPS, passwords are hashed, each company's data is kept separate from every other company's, two-factor authentication is available, and repeated sign-in attempts are limited. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you as the law requires if a breach affects you.

8. Your choices and rights

You can see and correct most of your information in the app. You can also ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it by writing to msfardales@gmail.com. Depending on where you live (for example California or the European Union), you may have additional rights, which we will honor as the law requires.

9. Children

ASIMCORE is a business tool and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We'll change the date above and, for important changes, tell you by email or in the app.
