ASIMCORE is a product of INMEDIA DIGITAL AGENCY LLC. INMEDIA DIGITAL AGENCY LLC owns and operates ASIMCORE (asimcore.com) and processes every subscription payment. When you subscribe, you are paying INMEDIA DIGITAL AGENCY LLC.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and INMEDIA DIGITAL AGENCY LLC ("INMEDIA DIGITAL AGENCY LLC", "we", "us") for the use of ASIMCORE, including the ASIMCORE CRM, the ASIMCORE Network and the subcontractor portal (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, subscribing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for a business, you agree on behalf of that business.

1. Your account

Each login manages one company. Keep your information accurate and your sign-in details private; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
You must confirm your email address before subscribing. We may send you emails about your account, security and billing.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract.

2. Subscriptions and payments

All payments are processed by INMEDIA DIGITAL AGENCY LLC. Subscription charges are made by INMEDIA DIGITAL AGENCY LLC through our payment processor, Stripe, and appear on your card or bank statement under INMEDIA DIGITAL AGENCY LLC (or a shortened version of that name). ASIMCORE and INMEDIA DIGITAL AGENCY LLC never see or store your full card number.

Price. The ASIMCORE plan costs $39.00 per month, plus any applicable taxes. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change applies to you.
Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically each billing period and is charged to your payment method until you cancel.
Access. Your account is active through the end of the period you paid for. If a renewal payment fails, access is paused after a short grace period and returns when payment succeeds. Your data is kept while access is paused.
Canceling. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing (Stripe's billing portal). You keep access until the end of the period already paid, and you won't be charged again.
Refunds. Payments are non-refundable, including for partially used periods, except where the law requires otherwise. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at msfardales@gmail.com before disputing the charge with your bank.

3. Fair use

To protect the email reputation every company shares, the plan includes limits on emailed documents and daily emails (currently 300 documents per month and 40 emails per day per company). The current limits are shown in Settings → Billing.

4. Your data

You own the data you put into ASIMCORE: your company information, customers, estimates, invoices, jobs, team members and files ("Your Data"). You give us permission to host, process and display Your Data only to provide and support the Service.
You are responsible for having the right to use the personal information you enter about your customers, workers and subcontractors, and for giving them any notices the law requires.
If your subscription ends, Your Data stays stored so you can come back. You may ask us to export or delete it at any time.

5. Emails sent on your behalf

When you send an estimate, invoice or other document, ASIMCORE emails it on your behalf, branded with your company. You are responsible for the content and for sending only to people who expect to hear from you. No spam, and no messages that break anti-spam or other laws.

6. ASIMCORE Network and subcontractors

The Network lets companies invite subcontractors, request prices and award jobs. Any agreement for work is only between the company and the subcontractor. INMEDIA DIGITAL AGENCY LLC is not a party to it, does not process payments between them, and is not responsible for the quality, safety, licensing, insurance or tax documents of any work or provider. Companies should verify the documents they rely on.

7. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service: no unlawful, fraudulent or harmful content; no attempts to break security, get into other companies' data, overload the Service, or copy or resell it. We may suspend accounts that do.

8. Availability and changes to the Service

We work to keep ASIMCORE available and secure, but the Service may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may improve, change or remove features over time.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. Figures such as margins, profitability and earnings are estimates based on the data you enter; check them before relying on them. To the extent the law allows, INMEDIA DIGITAL AGENCY LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages or lost profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold INMEDIA DIGITAL AGENCY LLC harmless from claims arising from Your Data, the emails you send through the Service, your work with customers or subcontractors, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or doesn't pay, and will tell you by email when we reasonably can.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We'll change the date above and, for important changes, tell you by email or in the app before they apply. Using the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
